new junction box locations, therefore the conduit is matching the

Light pole #11 cannot be within the planter as it conflicts with existing
utilites. If placed in the planter strip avoiding utilities, the pole would be
2.5-FT from face of curb and therefore wouldn't be able to achieve the
minimum 6' clearance from the face of curb. A 16-FT arm would be
necessary to achieve a 2-FT lamp overhang but this is not available.
Therefore, the maximum available luminaire arm length of 10-FT was
proposed.
