Pursuant to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.15.045 and 14.10.020, within 28 days of receiving an application the city shall determine whether all information and documentation required for a complete application has been submitted. Pursuant to FWRC 19.15.045 and 14.10.020, the application is deemed complete as of the date of this letter. The complete application determination is based on a review of your submittal relative to those requirements as set forth in FWRC 14.10.020(6) and 19.15.040. The submittal requirements are not intended to determine if an application conforms to the City of Federal Way codes; they are used only to determine if all required materials have been submitted.
