CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Priest opened the special meeting at 5:50 p.m., at the Dumas Bay Centre, Federal Way,
Washington.
City Council present: Mayor Mahlon "Skip" Priest, Deputy Mayor Hope Elder; Councilmembers
Michael Park, Mary Gates, Jack Dovey, Phil Watkins and Ron Gintz.
City Staff present: City Manager Ken Nyberg, Deputy City Manager Philip Keightley, City Attorney
Londi Lindell and all department directors. Staff Assistant to the City Manager Derek Matheson was
also present.
