MINUTES
I.
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.
CouncilmembersPresent: Jack Dovey, Mary Gates, and Linda Kochmar. DeputyMayorParkarrived
at 7:35 PM.
Staff Present: City Manager Kenneth Nyberg, and Deputy City Manager Philip Keightley.
II.
Discussion
The Westway Homeowners Association Board indicated they wanted to build trust and improve the
quality of communications with the City. Councilmember Dovey stated the City and residents should
look to the future rather than the past to determine what can be done to improve Westway.
Board members felt the situation had improved, and were pleased with the police presence in the area.
City Manager Kenneth Nyberg asked board members and residents to first communicate concerns
to the officers assigned to Westway, and create a prioritized list of goals.
III.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
