MINUTES
I.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Deputy Mayor Park called the special meeting of the Federal Way City Council to order at
6:04 PM.
Councilmembers present: Deputy Mayor Park, Councilmembers Burbidge, Dovey, Gates,
Kochmar, and Watkins. Mayor Gintz excused.
Staff present: City Manager David Moseley, City Attorney Landi Lindell, Deputy City
Attorney Bob Sterbank, City Clerk Chris Green, Deputy City Clerk Laura Ulanowski, Finance
Director Iwen Wang and Deputy Finance Director Marie Mosley.
II.
1999-2000 BIENNIAL BUDGET PRELIMINARY ADJUSTMENTS
City Manager David Moseley and Deputy Finance Director Marie Mosely gave Council a brief
overview of revenue projections and capital projects. Mr. Moseley reviewed the budget
schedule.
III.
ADJOURNMENT
Deputy Mayor Park adjourned the Special Session at 6:34 PM.
