CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Gintz called the special session of the Federal Way City Council to order at 5:35 PM.
Council Present: Mayor Gintz, Deputy Mayor Park, Councilmember Gates, Kochmar, and
Watkins.
Councilmembers Burbidge and Dovey had excused absences.
Staff Present: City Manager Kenneth Nyberg, Deputy City Manager Philip Keightley,
Assistant to the City Manager Derek Matheson, City Attorney Londi Lindell, Community
Development Director Stephen Clifton and Deputy City Clerk Laura Ulanowski.
II.
ADULT ENTERTAINMENT, ACTIVITY, RETAIL OR USE
Mayor Gintz called for Public Comment regarding Adult Entertainment, Activity, Retail or
Use.
Don Davisson, asked Council to continue the moratorium on Adult Entertainment.
III.
EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Gintz adjourned the special meeting to executive session at 5:42 PM.
IV.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Gintz reconvened and adjourned the special session of the Federal Way City Council at
6:35 PM.
