Ord 90-042 0072 .19003 JDW/naa 02/27/90 ORDINANCE NO. 90-42 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REGULATING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY. WHEREAS, the city in establish Council, order to continuity of parking regulations deems it to be in the best interest of the public health, safety and general welfare to establish parking limitations on certain streets within the City, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: parkina prohibited at all times, When Section 1. signs are erected in each block, giving notice thereof, no person park a vehicle upon any of the following shall, at any time, streets or parts of streets: A. B. C. D. E. JDWO07620 21st Avenue S. W., on both sides between Dash Point Road (SR509) and S. W. 356th Street; On 21st Avenue S. W., on the east and west sides, between SR 509 to a point 600 feet south of SR 509; On both sides of 26th Avenue S., between S. 311th Street and a point approximately 75 feet south of S. 311th Street; On both sides of S. W. 308th Street, between a point 105 feet west of the centerline of 6th Avenue S. W, and the centerlin~ of 1st Place S.W.; On S. 312th Street, on south side between -1- ~opr a point 194 feet east of the centerline of Pacific Highway South to a point 294 feet east of the centerline of Pacific Highway South; F. On the north and south sides of S. 320th Street, between Pacific Highway South and Military Road South. section 2. parkina Drohibited durina certain hours on certain streets or locations within the citv. When signs are erected on any street, or portion thereof, or other place within the city, giving notice of a limitation of a period of time for parking, no person shall stand or park a vehicle for longer than the designated period of time prescribed, or between the hours designated in such sign or signs, upon the streets or at the locations designated below: B. Twin Lakes Park 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; 20th Place S. W. (Adelaide Beach Road), both sides from the northern terminus north of S. W. 304th Street to a point 500 feet southerly, after sunset and before sunrise each day; A. c. S. W. 320th Street, both sides between 26th Avenue S. W. and 30th Avenue S. W. section 3. The city council declares that an emergency affecting the public health, safety and public peace exists, necessitating that the regulations contained in this ordinance be effective immediately upon incorporation to wit: 12:01 a.m., February 28, 1990, in order to provide continuity of parking regulations.
