ORDINANCE NO. 91-116
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FED~RAt WAY, WASHINGTON, FIXING
THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1992
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Levy.
There shall be and there is hereby
levied against the property in the City of Federal Way, Washington,
on an assessed value of $3,200,300,719, a municipal tax for the
year 1992 for the purposes and in the following sum:

For the General Fund, for the purpOse of paying the general
expenses of municipal government:

PROVIDED however, that the application of the General Fund
levy shall be consistent with and not result in a tax revenue in
excess of the limitation imposed by RCW 84.55.010.
Section 2.
Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.
