ORDINANCE NO. 92-155
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO
BUDGETS AND FINANCE, ADOPTING THE 1993 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the tax estimates and budget for the City of
Federal Way, Washington, for the year 1993 have been prepared and
filed as provided by the laws of the State of Washington; and
WHEREAS, the budget was printed for distribution and
notice published in the official paper of the City of Federal Way
setting the time and place for hearing on the budget and said
notice stating that all taxpayers calling at the Office of the City
Clerk would be furnished a copy of the budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Federal Way,
having held a public hearing on the budget on November 17, 1992,
and having considered the public testimony presented; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T�iE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ;
Section 1. 1993 Budget. That the budget for the year
1993 is hereby adopted in the amounts and for the following
purposes:

Section 2. The City Manager shall administer the Annual
Budget and in doing so may authorize adjustments to the extent that
they are consistent with the budget approved herein.

Section 3. Effective Date

This ordinance shall be
effective thirty (30) days after passage, as provided by law.
