ORDINANCE NO. 92-156
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE
PROPERTY TAX AMOUNT FOR THE YEAR 1993.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Levv. There shall be and there is hereby
levied against the property in the City of Federal Way, Washington,
a municipal tax for the year 1993 for the purposes and in the
following amount:
Fund
For the General Fund, for the
purpose of paying the general
expenses of municipal government:
General Fund:
Amount
$5 379,525
PROVIDED, however, that the application of the Genezal
Fund levy shall be consistent with and not result in a tax revenue
in excess of the limitation imposed by RCW 84.55.010.
Section 2. Effective Date This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication of an approved summary consisting of the
title hereto.
