ORDINANCE NO. 93-199
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL
WAY, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE PROPERTY TAX AMOUNT FOR THE
YEAR 1994
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
section 1.
Levv.
There shall be and there is hereby
levied against the property in the city of Federal Way,
Washington, a municipal tax for the year 1994 for the purposes
and in the following amount:
Fund
Amount
For the General Fund, for the
purpose of paying the general
expenses of municipal government
General Fund:
$5,596,439
PROVIDED, however, that the application of the General
Fund levy shall be consistent with and not result in a tax
revenue in excess of the limitation imposed by RCW 84.55.0l0.
section 2.
Effective Date.
This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Federal Way,
this 7th day of December, 1993.
