Did you see any indication of critical areas on our maps? If you are suspicious that there may be wetland
area extending beyond the lake edge, I could go out with you to do a site visit to look at the vegetation.
SEPA will be required if there are wetland conditions on or near the property.
A shoreline permit is not required for owner built home construction within Shoreline areas. However
construction of a spec home requires a shoreline permit. Also, construction must meet the shoreline
regulations for setbacks, etc., which are different that typical zoning requirements. SEPA is not required
for home construction in a straight shoreline area.
Let's go over this in person to be sure we get all the details correctly addressed.

Lands, it appears that this plat is old and pre 1971, This is a lake front property, and I'm not sure if this is
