Task Scope The City requests that NV5 review the geotechnical report for
consistency with the requirements of Federal Way Revised
Code (FWRC) Chapter 19.145, “Environmentally critical
Areas,” especially:
a. Article II Chapter 19.145 “Geologically Hazardous
Areas.”
i) FWRC 19.145.230 Landslide hazard area
protection measures.
ii) FWRC 19.145.145.250 Additional report
requirements.
Please conduct the following task(s):
Task 1 Review submitted report and background materials for
compliance with FWRC
Task 2 Perform a site visit as necessary
Task 3 Prepare a letter of findings and conclusions as to whether or
not NV5 concurs with report
Task 4 Project management as necessary
