What is your overall vision of the new facility? How do you feel the new building can best serve the public? The staff?. As o Keeping in mind that there is no budget for exterior building alterations, are there any minor exterior changes you would like to have us address? Keeping in mind the preliminary design process with an existing building is like a big jigsaw puzzle and the pieces may not fit in the ideal locations, which floor do you feel the council offices and chambers should be located?
