Land Use Process II
Dear Ms. Chapin:
On behalf of Smith Company, LLC, ESM Consulting Engineers, LLC is pleased to submit a
Process II Land Use Application for the proposed Dick’s Drive-in to the City of Federal Way
for review and processing.
The proposed development consists of a drive-in restaurant building with the associated
sidewalks, patios, and landscaped areas. The parking and utility infrastructure has been
completed under a separate Pad H – Site Only permit (22-101773-CO).
