FWRC 19.75.170(1) a) The change will not result in reducing the landscaped area, buffer areas, or the amount of open space on the project; Response: No reduction in landscape area, buffer or open space is proposed with this modification. The areas impacted within the buffer were previously located within an area of buffer mitigation and will continue to be mitigated to restore the buffer. b) The change will not result in increasing the residential density or gross floor area of the project; Response: No density or gross floor changes are proposed with this modification. c) The change will not result in any structure, or vehicular circulation or parking area being moved more than 10 feet in any direction and will not reduce any required yard; Response: No structures, parking or circulation areas have changed and no yard area has been reduced with this modification. Response: The minor modification will not create or increase any undesirable effects nor create adverse impacts.
