A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A
BANKING RELATIONSHIP WITH PUGET SOUND NATIONAL
BANK, A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION, AND
DESIGNATING THOSE PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN
CHECKS, DRAFTS OR WARRANTS ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY.

bank for certain accounts to be established from time to time on
behalf of the City.

Any two of the following designated and
named individuals, acting in their official capacity for and on
behalf of the City, are hereby authorized to open such checking,
draft, warrant or other depository accounts on behalf of the city
of Federal Way, as they shall deem necessary from time to time.
Any checks, drafts or warrants drawn on any accounts.

rely and act in accordance with the authorizations contained in
this resolution until such time as the Bank is notified by a new
resolution of authority from the City Council.
