A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 89-9 TO ADD THE NEW CITY MANAGER TO THOSE
AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS, DRAFTS OR WARRANTS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY.

WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

of Resolution No.
89-9
is
hereby amended to delete the Interim city Manager Allen B. Locke
from those authorized to sign checks,
drafts or warrants on
behalf of the City, effective April 16, 1990, and to add the new
City Manager, J. Brent McFall as an additional person authorized
to sign checks, drafts or warrants on behalf of the City.
