A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING SECTION 2
OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-20 AND SPECIFYING THE
OFFICERS AND PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO INVEST AND
WITHDRAW FUNDS OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS,
pursuant to Resolution No.
90-20,
the City
Council authorized the City of Federal Way to invest City monies
in the Local Government Investment Pool, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to designate
those persons authorized to invest and withdraw said funds, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE
CITY
COUNCIL
OF
THE
CITY
OF
FEDERAL
WAY,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section 2 of Resolution No. 90-20 is hereby
repealed.
Section
2.
The City Council hereby authorizes the
Finance Director,
John Moir,
or the Staff Accountant,
Bonita
Fell, whose names, titles and signatures are subjoined, to order
the deposit or withdrawal
of monies
in the Local
Government
Investment Pool.
Section 3.
This resolution shall become effective June
11, 1990.
