A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 90-22, TO SET FORTH THOSE PERSONS AUTHORIZED
TO SIGN CHECKS, DRAFTS OR WARRANTS ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY.

FEDERAL
WAY,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
section 2 of Resolution No. 89-9 is hereby
repealed.
section 2.
Any two of the following designated and
named individuals, acting in their official capacity for and on
behalf of the city, are hereby authorized to open such checking,
draft, warrant or other depository accounts on behalf of the City
of Federal Way, as they shall deem necessary from time to time.
Any checks,
drafts or warrants drawn on any accounts
thus established in excess of $100 must be signed by any two of
the
persons
identified
hereinafter
whose
names,
titles
and
signatures are set forth:

resolution until such time as the bank is notified by a new
resolution of authority from the City Council.
Section 4.
This resolution shall be effective June 11,
1990.
