WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Chapters 35.77 and 47.26 RCW, the City Council of the City of Federal Way hereby adopts a Comprehensive Street Program, including an arterial street construction program, and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined current and future City street and arterial needs, and based upon these findings has prepared a Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six (6) calendar years, and WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on the said Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that there will be no significant adverse environmental impacts as a result of adoption or implementation of the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLIAWS: Section 1.
