A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF FEES FOR STREET VACATION
PROCESS; AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 90-18,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section 5 (F) of Exhibit A to Resolution No,
90-18, establishing fees for street vacation application is hereby
amended as follows:

The filing fee for a street vacation for the first 300 feet is $484.00 (a cost of $50.00 for each
100' increment or a fraction thereof for streets greater than 300 feet in lene:th. the filing fee for
any street vacation shall not exceed $1000.00) + appraisal and ¡;>roperty cost. If petition is
withdrawn at any time the cost will be calculated based on at which step in the process listed
above. the petition is withdrawn.

Recordin. fee for Kine County is $7.00 for the first pa.e and $1.00 for each additional pa.e.
Actual cost for the appraisal to be collected prior to submittal of the ordinance to Council for passa.e.
