Res 91-075 RESOLUTION NO. 91-75 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REGARDING VACATION OF A PORTION OF SOUTH 335TH STREET, IN THE VICINITY OF SOUTH 335TH STREET, EAST OF 6TH AVENUE SOUTH, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE STREET VACATION, WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting vacation of a portion of South 335th Street, in the vicinity of South 335th Street, East of 6th Avenue South, in the City of Federal Way, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto¡ NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: section 1. A public hearing on the aforesaid vacation petition shall be held at the regular meeting of the Federal way city Council at 7:00 p,m, on October 15.1991 , in the Council Chambers in the city Hall, 33530 1st Way South, Federal Way, Washington. Said hearing date is not more than sixty (60) nor less than twenty (20) days after the date of the passage of this resolution. section 2, The City Clerk shall give at least twenty (20) days notice of the hearing and cause the notice to be posed as provided by law. section 3. The above described parcel lies wholly within Section 17, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W .M., and is further described as that portion of South 335th Street lying East of the Easterly margin of 6th Avenue South, all as shown in said plat of "West Campus Office Park Division 1".
