A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL
WAY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92-92, SETTING
FORTH CITY COUNCIL PROCEDURES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.2 of the City Council Rules of Procedure, adopted January
21, 1992, is hereby amended as follows:

Council's Study Sessions will be held, when needed, as
follows:

From the hour of 7:00 p.m. 6:00 ]'I.ffi. and will adjourn no later
than the hour of 10:00 p.m., on the second and fourth Tuesdays
of each month. To continue past this time of adjournment, a
majority of the Council must concur.
Section 2. The amended City Council Rules of Procedure shall be effective as
of the date of passage of this Resolution.
