Res 93-141 RESOLUTION NO. 93-141 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REGARDING VACATION OF 2ND AVENUE SOUTH BETWEEN SOUTH 344TH STREET AND SOUTH 346TH STREET, SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE STREET VACATION. WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting vacation of 2nd Avenue South between South 344th Street and South 346th street in the City of Federal Way, as legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: section 1. A public hearing on the aforesaid vacation petition shall be held at the regular meeting of the Federal Way city Council at 7:00 p.m. on June 1, 1993, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 33530 1st Way South, Federal Way, Washington. Said hearing date is not more than sixty (60) days nor less than twenty (20) days after the date of the passage of this resolution. section 2. The City Clerk shall give at least twenty (20) days notice of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law. section 3. The Public Works Director shall obtain the necessary approval or rejection of, or other information from the City departments, affected agencies, utilities, and fire and police Resolution No. 93-141 Page 1 COpy agencies, and shall transmit such information to the city Council so that the matter can be considered by the City Council at a regular meeting on June 1, 1993.
