A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING DATE OF TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19,1993, FOR
ADOPTION OF AN EXTENDED AND REVISED SIX-YEAR
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. -
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Chapters 35.77
and 47.26 RCW, the city Council of the city of Federal Way must
adopt a revised and extended Six-year Transportation Improvement
Program annually; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing must be held for adoption of
the
revised
and
extended
Six-year Transportation
Improvement
Program; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
A public hearing shall be held on the 1994-2013 Federal
Way Transpòrtation Improvement Plan at 7:00 p.m.
on Tuesday,
October 19, 1993, at the Federal Way city Hall council Chambers.
