A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL
WAY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION 92-123, BY ADDING A
SECTION SEVENTEEN IN EXHIBIT A, RELATING TO FEES AND
PENALTIES FOR FALSE ALARMS,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Federal Way on November 9, 1993, enacted
a False Alarm Ordinance 93-193, which revised certain fees and penalties; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 92-123, which sets forth the City's schedu1e of fees and
penalties, including fees and penalties for false alarms, is required to be updated;
NOW THERFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY,
WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Amendment.
Resolution No, 92-123, Exhibit A, which sets forth
the City of Federal Way Fees and Charges, is amended to add a new Section 17 as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date, The fees and penalties established herein shall be
effective on December 8, 1993.
