Q5-2J2, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING RESOLUTIONS 92-123, 93-131, 93-157, 93-160, 94-177,95-199 AND 95-202, AND ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS FOR THE CITY. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Repealer. The City of Federal Way Resolutions 92-123,93-131, 93-157,93-160,94-177,95-199 and 95- 202, relating to fees, are hereby repealed. section 2. Fee Schedule. The City of Federal Way adopts the Fee Schedule as attached hereto, identified as Exhibit A and hereby incorporated in full by this reference, for the various applications and permits processed and issued by the City. section 3. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this resolution should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this resolution. section 4. Ratification. Any act consistent with the authority and prior to the effective date of the resolution is hereby ratified and affirmed. ORD # 1'5-222 , PAGE 1 t(ofl{ section 5. Savinqs Clause.
