A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REVISING THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE AND UNIFORM MECHANICAL
CODE FEE SCHEDULE FOR APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS
FOR THE CITY (AMENDS RESOLUTION 93-160, 94-
177, AND 95-199).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Amendment.
The City of Federal Way's Fee
Schedule as set forth in Resolutions 93-160, 94-177, and 95-199 is
hereby amended to modify section Eight Mechanical Code and to
create a new section Nineteen Uniform Buildinq Code Permit Fees as
set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and hereby incorporated in
full by this reference, for the various applications and permits
processed and issued by the city.

If any section,
sentence,
clause or phrase of this resolution should be held to be invalid or
unconstitutional
by
a
court
of
competent
jurisdiction,
such
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or
constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase
of this resolution.

Ratification.
Any act consistent with the
authority and prior to the effective date of the resolution is
hereby ratified and affirmed.
