A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92-123 BY ADDING A NEW SECTION
l7, ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
MASSAGE AND PUBLIC BATHHOUSE BUSINESSES AND BY
ADDING A NEW SECTION 18, ESTABLISHING A FEE
SCHEDULE FOR ELECTRICAL APPLICATIONS AND
PERMITS PURSUANT TO THE CITY'S ADOPTED
ELECTRICAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
section 1.
Massaae/Public Bathhouse Businesses License
Fees.
Resolution No. 92-123 shall be amended by adding a new
section 17.
Massaae/Public Bathhouse Businesses License Fees,
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein in full by
this reference, for the license applications and permits processed
and issued by the city.

Electrical Code Fee Schedule.
Resolution No.
92-123 shall be amended by adding a new section 18. Electrical
code, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein in full
by this reference, for the electrical applications and permits
processed and issued by the City.

Severability.
If any section, sentence,
clause or phrase of this resolution should be held to be invalid or
unconstitutional
by
a
court
of
competent
jurisdiction,
such
invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or

constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase
of this resolution.
section 3.
Ratification.
Any act consistent with the
authority and prior to the effective date of the resolution is
hereby ratified and affirmed.

Effective Date.
This resolution shall be
effective immediately upon passage by the Federal Way City Council.
