A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON, REVISING THE 1997
FEE SCHEDULE FOR APPLXCATXONS AND PERMXTS FOR
THE CITY (AMENDS RESOLUTION NO. 95-222).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FEDERAL WAY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section Nine.
Miscellaneous.
Resolution No.
95-222 shall be amended pursuant to RCW 42.17.300, by changing
